We guarantee to provide the best services and satisfaction to our customers, so we ensures to our customers full return of their dues in two cases:
1-If the customer receives a broken or damaged product (read more informations in the return policy )
2-Non-delivery of the product
basically in these two cases the customer should contact the manager(firstname.lastname@example.org) of the store to solve this problem in a period not later than 3 days .
Notice : Non-delivery of the product due to some mailing issues of your e-mail provider or your own mail server you might not recieve a delivery e-mail from us ,in this case we recommmend contacting us for assistance .Claims for non delivery must be submitted to our billing departement in writting within 30 days from the order pacing date.
otherwise the product will be considered recieved and dowloaded.
