Payment methods

Payments method Is PayPal and any Credit Cards .

PayPal is a safer, easier way to send and receive money online. When you select PayPal as the payment method, you will be linked to the PayPal site where you can make payment.

PayPal can be used to purchase items by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), Debit Card, or E-check (i.e. using your regular Bank Account).

1) After viewing your items on your shopping cart page, you can click and check out with PayPal. Then you will leave our site and enter PayPal’s website.
2) You can sign in to your PayPal account, or you can create a new one if you haven’t got one.
3) You can use the PayPal as you want according to the on-screen instructions.

Usually, PayPal e-check will take 3-5 business days to be confirmed by PayPal.

The reasons why we suggest you use PayPal:
Payment is traceable. By using your PayPal account, you can trace the status of your payment.
When you make payment for your order, you don’t need to use your credit card online (you can transfer directly from your bank account). When you use your credit card through PayPal, nobody will see your credit card number, which will minimize the risk of unauthorized use.

Some items are missing from my order, what is going on?

Our products are shipped separately according to your order. If, for example, it contains materials from two different warehouses, there will, therefore, be two deliveries. The rest of the order will most certainly arrive soon.

I still haven’t received my order. What is taking so long?

We apologize for the delay. Sometimes, international shipping may take longer than expected due to customs clearance. However, you can track your order and see where it is at any time. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. However, customs charges may apply in your country which would be charged to you by your postal service upon arrival in your country.

How long will my order take to arrive?

After your order has been processed, please allow 1-4 weeks for shipping (varies by location). We will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number once your package has been sent!

(However, PLEASE make sure your shipping address information is entirely correct to ensure a faster, safer delivery!)

Defective Product?

If a product received has manufacturing defects, buyers are entitled to request a product replacement within 14 days of receiving the item. If the case is deemed valid, Allurefy will cover related costs to deliver a replacement.
